Dr John Esler is one of Queensland's most experienced Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He has extensive experience in the treatment of infertility and established Toowoomba IVF (now QFG Toowoomba) over 10 years ago.
Dr Esler has extensive experience in the treatment of endometriosis, polycystic ovarian syndrome and complex fertility problems. He lists Endoscopic surgery (laparoscopy and endoscopy), vaginal surgery, pelvic floor reconstruction and female urinary incontinence as special interests. He has performed thousands of procedures for these conditions in the last 20 years.
Dr Esler currently holds the position of Senior Lecturer with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology University of Queensland. He is the Director of Gynaecology at the Toowoomba Surgicentre and a visiting Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at St Andrews and St Vincents Hospital Toowoomba. He is currently the Executive Director (Chairman) with the Queensland Fertility Group.
