Paula Dillon

Paula comes to QFG with more than 20 years’ experience as a midwife and nurse. Originally from Victoria, Paula has worked in tertiary and regional hospitals, and across both public and private maternity care models.

Gaining qualifications as an Endorsed Midwife several years ago, allows Paula to work across a wider midwifery scope in a collaborative care model.

She has keen interest in childbirth and early parenting education, reproductive health and fertility, as well as perinatal grief and loss. Supporting families and couples through pregnancy after loss is an area that Paula finds greatly rewarding, and her passion for this area stems from personal experience.

With a thirst for new knowledge and ways of improving care for her clients, Paula enjoys attending various conferences, seminars and workshops as both an attendee and speaker.

Paula brings a warm, open, informative, and caring manner to her work, and loves providing education, support and encouragement to the families she sees.

Outside of work, Paula loves going to the gym, movies, musicals, and hanging out with her husband and 3 children aged from 9 to 19, especially in their caravan!
