What is Consentic?
Consentic is a digital consent solution, delivering a clinically validated, patient-centric approach to medical consent. It standardises and streamlines the consent process.
How does it work?
Patients receive an email with a secure link to access their treatment consent.
Logging in is a simple and secure process, using two-step verification.
Patients watch essential information relating to their treatment, ensuring they are well-informed about their treatment.
Patients electronically sign and return consent forms, streamlining and eliminating paper-based processes.
When does it launch?
Consentic will be introduced to QFG clinics from Tuesday, 6 May 2025
I am an active patient, will I need to reconsent?
Any patient commencing their cycle on or after 6 May, who has not completed the required clinical consents will complete the consent process via the new Consentic system.
Any patients currently in cycle will be asked to reconsent in the new Consentic system prior to returning to commence any new treatment cycles in the future.
I am just about to start treatment will I have to wait for my consent forms to be available in Consentic?
No, you can sign your consent forms now using our existing consent process and commence treatment. However, we encourage you to also complete your consents in the new Consentic system when it goes live.
