Dr Meghan Stafford

Dr Meghan Stafford is a fertility specialist and gynaecologist who provides compassionate, evidence-based care to women and couples at all stages of their fertility journey. A Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG), she has a special interest in fertility care and the management of complex gynaecological conditions.

Dr Stafford graduated from the University of Queensland in 2007 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery and undertook two years of medical and surgical residency at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital before beginning her specialist training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.

Known for her calm and approachable manner, Dr Stafford is deeply committed to helping people understand their reproductive health and empowering them to make informed choices about fertility treatment. She takes the time to listen and communicate openly, supporting each patient with tailored guidance, respect for individual values, and the latest medical expertise.

Alongside her clinical work, Dr Stafford is actively involved in education and training. She sits on the University of Queensland’s MCQ review panel, is involved in OSCE examinations, and presents at DRANZCOG training sessions. She also supports the learning and development of medical students and RANZCOG trainees.

Outside of her practice, Dr Stafford enjoys a busy family life as a mother of three children and a much loved pet.
