Dr Nam Bajra

Dr Bajra is a female Obstetrician, Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist.  She is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (RANZCOG).  Along with her Obstetrics and Gynaecology qualifications Dr Bajra also holds a Masters in Reproductive Medicine from the University of New South Wales. She is a member of the Australian Gynaecological Endoscopy and Surgery Society(AGES) and Australian Society for Colposcopy and Surgical Pathology (ASCCP).

A leader in her field, Dr Bajra is passionate about educating the next generation of medical professionals. She is involved in the training and education of medical students at the Wesley Clinical School. She is a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland and examines for University of Queensland and Bond University.

Dr Bajra’s personal health care philosophy is centred around shared decision making. It’s important to her that her patients are fully informed about their options. She empowers her patients with information, supporting them as they make informed choices about their treatment.
She keeps herself up to date with the latest advances in treatment by attending conferences, clinical workshops and reading medical journals.

For the convenience of her patients, Dr Bajra offers consultations in English, Hindi and Punjabi.
