Dr Namiko Aleker is a Specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist with expertise in fertility care, reproductive medicine and general gynaecology. She provides evidence-based, personalised care and is committed to supporting patients throughout every stage of their fertility journey.
Dr Aleker graduated from the University of Melbourne before completing her specialist training in obstetrics and gynaecology across Tasmania, Canberra, Darwin and Papua New Guinea. Her experience working in a variety of healthcare settings has provided her with a broad clinical perspective and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
She provides comprehensive fertility assessment and treatment, supporting patients through investigations and personalised treatment options, including ovulation induction, intrauterine insemination (IUI), IVF, oocyte retrieval and embryo transfer. She also has extensive experience in the management of general gynaecological conditions and performs a range of minimally invasive procedures.
In addition to her fertility practice, Dr Aleker has experience caring for women throughout pregnancy, birth and the postnatal period, including the management of complex pregnancies.
