Dr Warrick Smith

Dr Warrick Smith is a fertility specialist, laparoscopic surgeon and obstetrician gynaecologist with Queensland Fertility Group.

Warrick is a pragmatic and optimistic doctor who knows not every patient will be an immediate candidate for IVF. He likes to begin with a thorough investigation into the viability of simpler strategies to help his patients fall pregnant, always eliminating the less complicated factors before pursuing more invasive treatments.

As an obstetrician, he is focused on both the safety of mother and baby, but also the overall experience of mothers throughout their pregnancy and labour. Many of clients return to his clinic for fertility treatment when wanting to try for a second or even third child. Patients also love visiting his clinic due to his two wonderful receptionists, who add a comforting warmth to his office.

As a father of four, Warrick counts himself lucky to have such a privileged role in the lives of new families and to share the experience of parenthood with others.
